President Donald Trump on Wednesday said he believes Russian President Vladimir Putin is “not happy” with the outcome of the election and called for his administration to do a better job of keeping Americans safe.

The president tweeted Wednesday morning that the U.S. intelligence community has concluded that Russia intervened in the 2016 presidential election to help Trump win the presidency.

Trump wrote, “The only reason the Democrats are blaming me for the loss of the Electoral College is that I have no idea why they lost, and I’m the one that is blaming them.

The media is making up phony facts, they are using the word ‘collusion’ to describe the way they rigged the election, the election was stolen and I have the power to fix it!”

The president’s comments come after the administration last week released a statement that said the intelligence community is convinced that Russian intelligence agencies interfered in the election to benefit Trump and help him secure the White House.

Trump’s administration had been critical of the U,S.

government’s assessment that Russia interfered in order to help elect Trump.

It has also called the intelligence assessment a “hoax” that needs to be debunked.

“I want to make sure we have a good relationship with Russia,” Trump said Wednesday.

“The fact that we are going to have a relationship with them, I think, is a good thing.

We have a lot of problems with North Korea, but it’s a very good thing that we’re going to be able to have an easy relationship with North Korean and other problems, which I think is a very, very good sign.”

The president has made it clear he is willing to work with Russia and that Russia has not interfered in his presidency.

On Tuesday, he criticized the intelligence agency for releasing a statement blaming Russia for the election loss.

Trump tweeted Wednesday that the “only reason the Dems are blaming my loss on is that the intelligence agencies said they found no reason to question the election outcome.

The Dems are trying to put out a false narrative about Russia.

If it were true, the Dems would have found something!

The Dems would not have allowed it!

They are trying so hard to get a false story out there!”

The White House has also accused Democrats of “playing the Russia card” by suggesting there was a coverup at the heart of the investigation.

“The Democrats are using all kinds of false narratives, they’re using false statements, they’ve been lying about this for a long time,” White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said on “Fox & Friends” Wednesday morning.

“So it’s really a shame that we’ve had a president that has been so outspoken and said so many different things about the investigation and so much has been revealed about this investigation, but the truth is we don’t know what’s going on.

We don’t have any idea.”

Sanders added that she would not be surprised if the Trump administration had a hard time getting a favorable conclusion from the investigation’s findings.

“You have to look at the facts and what is actually happening, but we will not be satisfied until we know what actually happened,” she said.

“And I think it’s just outrageous that we have not gotten a definitive answer from this investigation.

We’re in the process of working with the special counsel and that’s going to continue.”

Trump also slammed the “fake news” media, calling it “a bunch of clowns.”

“It’s not fake news,” Trump told “Fox News Sunday” in an interview with host Chris Wallace.

“It’s fake media.

They are fake media and they don’t like that I’m president.

It’s not going to go away.

I’m going to fight them every day.”
